How does a custom software project begin?+
We start with a conversation about your organisation, the process you want to improve, and the people who use it. Discovery helps us agree on priorities, scope, and a sensible next step before implementation.
Can you improve an existing system?+
Yes. We can assess the code, integrations, data, and workflows to identify what is useful and what needs attention. We then recommend a practical improvement or modernisation plan.
Does every organisation need AI automation?+
No. Sometimes a clearer process, a straightforward integration, or conventional software is the better answer. We recommend AI when it has a defined purpose and its outputs can be checked appropriately.
Can you integrate with our existing tools?+
We assess the APIs, access permissions, data quality, and constraints of your current tools. Where integration is feasible, we design the flow and agree how errors and exceptions will be handled.
Do you provide ongoing support?+
Yes. We can agree on maintenance, technical support, and ongoing improvements as part of the engagement. Coverage, responsibilities, and response expectations are defined in the proposal.
How long does a project take?+
Timing depends on scope, integrations, data readiness, and review needs. After discovery, we outline delivery stages and dependencies so you can plan around a realistic schedule.
What information is required for an estimate?+
Tell us what you want to improve, who will use the system, the tools involved, your budget range, and any important deadlines. Existing process notes or examples are useful, but you do not need a technical specification to start.
Can you work with organisations outside Kenya?+
Yes. We work with organisations in East Africa and beyond, using agreed communication channels, shared documentation, and regular reviews to keep remote collaboration clear.
